Memorable password generator

Fill in at least three fields with memories that matter to you. Choose details few people know and that can’t be found on social media. The generator turns them into a sentence you can picture.

A name that matters to you
Something you’ve loved
A specific colour you love
A place you hold dear
A number meaningful only to you
A song tied to a memory

Your hooks stay in this tab. Nothing is saved or sent.

A sentence you can picture

This tool builds a sentence from at least three different memory hooks. It is not a generator of independently random words. Use private, hard-to-guess details rather than names, birthdays, or facts other people can find.

The strength estimate checks the generated sentence and the hooks it actually uses. It cannot know what someone else knows about you. A “Strong” label is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Follow the guide to creating a password you can remember for a worked example and help choosing private memory hooks.

Use a different password for every account

A password manager can generate and store long, random, unique passwords for you. Do not reuse a result, and do not put passwords in ordinary notes or widgets. CISA explains strong passwords and password managers.

Your hooks and generated passwords stay in this tab. They are not stored or sent to BitSize. Keep any password you choose in a suitable password manager before leaving.
